She has been described as an &#x27;&#x27;English scent maverick&#x27; and the woman responsible for creating some of the world&#x27;s most loved fragrances.&#x27; Just a few days ago, a fragrance brand coveted by many has finally opened up in Manila: <strong>Jo Loves</strong>!
