The evening started off with yummy cocktails and appetizers by Ala Cart Manila, serving mouthwatering charcuterie, wine, and other refreshments. While guests were arriving, lash dolls got to enjoy an exclusive content booth by Charlie Shot Me, a well-known Instagram celebrity photographer!

After the socials, guests were encouraged to move to the grand ballroom for the program proper, where New Lounge had a ton of surprises for everyone who went. Indeed, the night was young!
First on the agenda was a look back at the colorful, exciting past two years of New Lounge, followed by the introduction of their hardworking, talented technicians dolled up in their brand new, stylish uniform!

The evening was far from over, as the brand was just about to announce its most important update yet: a new brand ambassador and muse was introduced, and it was none other than the beautiful Heart Evangelista!
No stranger to New Lounge lashes, Heart Evangelista is the newest addition to the family, and she is just as excited as the rest of us for what the future has in store for the brand! She admits that she couldn't live without eyelash extensions anymore, recounting the time when New Lounge flew all the way to China to get her lashes retouched! Now that's A+ service and dedication!
Heart talked about how New Lounge's newest technology, "Brace Lashes" has upgraded her beauty routine—and how it shouldn't be missed.
According to New Lounge, "Brace Lashes is a technique wherein the natural lash is lifted from the roots ?semi-permanently after 3 to 6 sessions, within a span of 3 to 6 months. Co-designed with a skin and eye doctor, this technology is specifically made for Asians where 80% have naturally downward facing eyelashes. What makes this breakthrough product even more appealing is that it doesn’t make use of chemicals, high heat or eyelash curlers that can cause ?protein modification which ultimately damages the eyelash hair. Comparable to the technology of bracing teeth, the concept is to “hold up” to improve the original curl of the lash hair."
