If you enjoy heat styling your hair, like using a flat iron, curling wand, or blow dryer, it’s best to use heat protectant sprays. They really do a lot of wonders for the hair,” Jo weighed in.</p><div><br/></div><p>Constant heat styling may affect overall hair health, with negative consequences like dryness and dehydration, breakage and split ends, color fading, dull appearance, and loss of elasticity.
