Georgina Wilson set the internet ablaze last night when she stepped out at the Sunnies Face Party with brand new blonde hair. It easily became the biggest topic of conversation on social media—did she really change her signature chestnut locks in a matter of hours?

Earlier in the day at the Sunnies Face media launch, she wore her brunette locks in chic braids paired with a cool Dolce & Gabbana suit:

Georgina has been in the spotlight since forever, and as a seasoned model, she definitely isn’t afraid to switch up her style, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that she has decided to go blonde for their special night. “We were thinking of a new look for her for the Sunnies Face Party and we were like, why not go blonde?” Georgina’s hair stylist Renz Pangilinan shared. “She really wanted to do it since forever. It’s really the perfect event to go for it!”

For this look, fans also couldn’t help but notice the host/model’s striking resemblance to the OG queen bee of the Upper East Side, Gossip Girl’s Blair Waldorf—especially now that Leighton Meester went back to her blonde roots:

“We still wanted the signature Georgina Wilson blunt cut hair, but just a totally different color. I styled it with undone waves to make it look cool and sexy," shares Renz.

As for the tip to the ladies considering to go blonde for the first time, this is what Renz has to say: “It’s really a commitment. Blonde hair goes with cool tones, so get ready to change the way you put on makeup and also change your wardrobe. I recommend doing a blunt cut for a more modern look, and dark roots. Then style it in a way that it looks undone messy and sexy.”
