This Is How AC Bonifacio Rocked Her YouTube FanFest Looks
Whether it’s a clean, glowing beauty look or a vibrant rockstar look, AC rocks both effortlessly!
Rising star AC Bonifacio is always known as that girl who loves to make a statement, as seen in her social media posts, TV appearances, and of course, her trending dance videos! For the recently-concluded YouTube FanFest, as expected, the fresh-faced young lady chose to try out something new. For this event’s performance, AC took her beauty look two ways—the fresh and the vibrant route.
“I've been doing YouTube FanFest for years now, and every single year, we try to do something new, something different, and something that people haven't seen,” AC shares.
For the first half of her performance, which is for the song “Duyan”, she wanted to appear “very chill and comfy lang.” The star dancer intended for the audience to focus on her dance, so she had her hair pulled up in a simple bun, matte face, and nude lips. To add oomph to her look, AC changed up the usual bare face look with a pop of color and glitter in her eyes, layering pink and blue eyeliners on her upper lids and swiping some eye shimmer on the lower lids.
For the final half where she performed “Get Me Down”, AC went “all-out AC”. She focused on highlighting and making her face shimmer and glow, with a hint of layered hues in her eyes—this time in her favorite tints, pink and purple. She added drama to her look with a clean ponytail. “It was simple pero kitang kita, like it was a statement,” she adds.
If you find yourself wanting to cop her look, AC says that the trick is to experiment with eyeliners, just like she did. “I was scared to try the colorful eyeliners at first, but once I've gotten used to it, I can’t stop!” she gushes.
She likes using Ready Set Glow’s eyeliners to achieve this look, paired with the beauty brand’s eye shimmers, as she’s all for putting glitters on your face. AC adds, “I love adding sparkle to my makeup because it makes you glow so much. Iba talaga ‘yung glow up mo, whether it's on your eyes, your cheeks, or anywhere you put it.”
And she strongly urges ladies to do so. “Try n’yo lang, ‘wag kayong matakot. It’s something you will definitely love. It’s so beautiful it'll make you feel more confident,” AC smiles.
