These days, when social injustices like the death of George Floyd take place, it’s a stark wake-up call that things really need to change, even in the beauty industry. More than just dramatic Instagram makeovers and DIY hair cutting tutorials, beauty is a conversation starter, a social unifier and, most importantly, has the power to incite change.
