There are a ton of ways to achieve the smokey eye—there's the black smokey, the colored smokey, even the metallic smokey, but the sexiest and sultriest one of the bunch is the subtle smokey brown look which is easily a must-try for daily wear (opt for matte eyeshadow for this), and a go-to for evening (switch to metallics for after dark occasions). 

We are lucky enough to be given a tutorial on creating a sexy, subtle smokey brown look straight from New York Fashion Week, as the recently concluded Tom Ford A/W 2019 runway showcased models in this coveted look. Check out the step by step guide on achieving this date night look below:

 

Step 1:

Use the Tom Ford Traceless Stick Foundation in the model’s matching shade. It is applied to even out skin tone for a flawless complexion with seamless coverage.

 

Step 2:

The Tom Ford Shade and Illuminate defines and contours cheekbones while staying invisible to the naked eye. Be careful to blur any harsh edges for a seamless finish.

 

Step 3:

Using the Brow Sculptor in the shade Espresso grooms and shapes brows to define and enhance features. The unique calligraphy tip allows a tailor-made stroke, from thin to wide.

 

Step 4:
