2. Brush your lashes regularly.

Don’t forget to give your lash extensions a brush—but avoid overdoing it. We recommend for you to do it when you wake up in the morning or after you take a shower, it's the perfect time to give your lashes a good brush with a clean spoolie.

3. Avoid oil-based makeup.

According to a New Lounge expert, “Oil is the number one reason that causes eyelash to fall off quickly.” In addition to using oil-free makeup, you also need to make sure that your makeup remover and skincare regimen is oil-free as well. With this, you can opt using micellar water or makeup wipes to clean your face.

4. Avoid using mascara and lash curlers.

Tempted to wear mascara over your new lashes? She recommends going easy on the product. If you really want to use a mascara, apply it only to the tips of your lash extensions, and avoid lash curlers. And then, at the end of the day, use an oil-free eye makeup remover to cleanse your lashes and your eye area, and avoid excessive rubbing.

5. Avoid activities that uses steam and those that make you sweat.

After getting your lashes done, keep your lashes dry for at least four hours. Water, steam, excessive heat and even spray can affect the bond of glue, but beyond the first four hours post-treatment, shower and washing your face can already be done. And if you get your lashes wet, pat them gently with a towel to dry, and avoid rubbing the eyes.
