#MetroBeautyWatch: New York Fashion Week Beauty Trends F/W 2021
Bring on the beauty inspo!
I'm sure you know the saying, "the show must go on." Such is the case for fashion week in New York City, where fashion designers and brands went on to show brand new collections despite the on-going pandemic. Mask or no mask, designers and their respective fashion houses opted to push forward and get inspired, letting the world know that indeed, life goes on—and fashion is here to stay!
In that spirit of celebrating fashion amidst uncertain times, some designers opted for socially-distanced in-person shows, while some opted for virtual look book presentations instead. Despite this being the second time in a row that fashion week has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, it's safe to say fashion month is in full-swing, and beauty inspiration abounds.

NYFW staples like Jason Wu and Prabal Gurung were just some of the designers that served some fresh beauty inspiration, and other newer names to know did just the same. From less is more, to full-on glam, to classic red lips, seeing makeup and hair trends straight from the runways always gets us excited for what's to come. We can't help but get inspired about the day we can head out with a full face of makeup on again with these trends that we saw! Join us in counting down the days?
