<p>By this time, “How Sweet” and “Bubble Gum” must have enjoyed a fair amount of streams on your Apple Music or Spotify—or wherever you choose to listen to music—accounts, especially if you are a Bunny. All the latest K-pop shakeups aside, <strong>ADOR</strong>’s famous all-girl quintet is gearing up for something monumental: their Korean comeback and Japanese debut. While majority of their new releases will be coming out in June, and solid news on a full album and possible world tour is yet to be confirmed, <a href="https://www.instagram.com/newjeans_official" target="_blank">NewJeans</a> is certainly ramping up their preparations, and it seems that new beauty looks for <strong>Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, </strong>and<strong> Hyein</strong> are part of that. </p><div><br/></div><div><br/></div><div class="youtube-iframe"><iframe width="400" height="345" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/Q3K0TOvTOno" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div><div><br/></div><p>Though young, the girls are definitely head turners. Though they are often dressed and made up to look similar for MVs and promo materials, they are slowly but surely discovering and embracing their individual styles. They’ve caught the eye of and have teamed up with some of the biggest brands in luxury fashion: Danielle with Celine (previously YSL Beauty and Burberry as well), Hanni with Gucci and UGG, Hyein with Louis Vuitton, Haerin with Dior, and Minji with Chanel, to name a few. </p><div><br/></div><p>Curious about the new beauty looks the girls are sporting for their comeback? Well, the teaser images for their comeback tell a different story. Danielle gets the disco diva treatment with a head full of voluminous curls, which sets her east-meets-west features off spectacularly. She gets some color here as well, as some of the promo images show her with auburn and blonde hair. Hanni is a showstopper in a short, choppy bob with blunt bangs—a total 360 from her usual styling. It’s an edgy and fresh look for her that shows she can rock any hairdo. Hyein is gorgeous with her cherry red locks, which contrast perfectly with her fair complexion. Their longtime make-up artist, <strong>Lee Nakyeum</strong>, has always made it a point to work to enhance her clients’ best features, never making them look overdone. One example is how she opts for a foundation that is slightly darker than the subject’s skin tone on the outside of the face, allowing her to highlight by applying a lighter shade in the T-zone to avoid a flat, one-dimensional look. It works wonders on the girls, all of whom are doe-eyed and dewy-faced in the “How Sweet” promo photos. There’s a softness to their overall look here: less emphasis on the brows, a light smokey eye—though Haerin’s striking cat eye liner stands out—and more emphasis on the cheeks and lips. The heavy blush pairs perfectly with the glossy lips, which the girls wear in varying shades of berry, pink, and coral.
