<p>This year’s spooky season wouldn’t be complete without the most anticipated Halloween event of the year, the<strong> Opulence Ball</strong>. This annual event is where our favorite celebrities dress up and showcase their creativity, and transcend their normal look using costumes that have us all charmed!
