If there’s one thing Alex Gonzaga, Kim Chiu, Toni Gonzaga and Heart Evangelista have in common, we bet you’ll agree that it’s their on point makeup looks that are so beautiful, we want to recreate them STAT!

So, when celebrity makeup artist Albert Kurniawan released a makeup tutorial on how to copy one these girls’ look, just like you, we scrambled to grab a pen and paper to seriously start taking down notes.

Earlier this week, Albert uploaded an “Everyday Makeup Look With Alex Gonzaga” video on his YouTube page, which gained 300K views in just a few days. “Gusto ko ‘yung parang nagmukhang ‘di nag-effort pero ang ganda,” Alex said in the video.

In this makeup tutorial, Albert revealed the key products and techniques he used for nabbing that “pa-fresh” look. “I want to give her a look na tipong kahit anong ganap niya, kahit anong schedule niya that day kaya niyang i-achieve.” To make the video more fun, Alex guessed the steps to applying makeup properly then Albert approved or disapproved of it. As you’ve seen, the key to flawless makeup starts by putting in the effort before you even reach for your foundation. For the skincare part, Albert teached Alex to apply a face mist first, followed by a toner, moisturizer, and primer.

As for his go-to makeup products and tools, it's no surprise that Albert has a good mix of luxury beauty products in his beauty kit. He used La Mer, NARS, Chanel, and of course his very own makeup line, Teviant.

His top tool for a precise and even foundation application is a makeup sponge. These little gems buff everything out seamlessly, making for an effortlessly blended complexion. “When you use a sponge, just get a little bit then alway put here [mixing palette], press it so konti lang makuha mo.”

For her eyebrows, Albert reached for Teviant’s Eyebrow Duo in Empress. “Always start from the upper part and the outer part of your kilay with the darker color.”

For a go-to eyeshadow look, Albert recommended to her viewers to go for solid colors on your lids. “Me, I always stick to one color, just play with the shading.”
