What To Expect From blk cosmetics’ Latest K-Drama Edition
In case you missed it, Anne Curtis’ blk cosmetics spent much of 2018 rolling out product after product. Just this week, the beauty brand launched another round of new items. That’s right, they’re launching Korean-inspired makeup must-haves once again!

Like the brand’s first K-Beauty collection, this beauty line is about to make the whims and fantasies of every K-Beauty lover come true. “We understand that a lot of K-beauty fans in the Philippines are also big K-drama addicts (myself included!)—so we wanted to create a collection that will enable them to live out their own fairytale romance with Koreanovela-inspired makeup must-haves,” blk cosmetics' CEO Jacqe Yuengtian-Gutierrez said.

With Anne Curtis being the Creative Director of the brand and an ultimate K-fan, you can surely expect nothing but the best of Korean beauty in this collection. Ever since blk launched, we've seen her extremely hands on during the entire process up to promoting each product on social media.
The new line is expected to drop on April 1 and will be available exclusively on blk cosmetics’ website, and through Lazada. And starting April 5, the collection will be available at all Watsons and SM Store Beauty Sections outlets. So, you better mark your calendars with bold font, ladies!

Which product from this collection do you think will be a big hit in the market?
"I personally feel that the All Day Intense Matte Two-Tone lippie is the perfect hero product to lead our K-drama edition collection. It’s a two-sided lippie with two shades that you can either layer together for that K-beauty soft gradient effect or just wear each alone. We’re launching it with a introductory price of P359 and you already get two shades in one bullet! We started pre-selling this a few days ago and we’ve ran out of stocks already! We’re set to replenish again this April!"
What is Anne Curtis' personal favorite?
"Anne loves everything K-beauty! She’s the biggest advocate of this collection so it’s hard to tell what’s her personal favourite! The liquid eyeshadow shades though were her personal choices, she really pushed for us to launch the pink hues. We were at first hesitant because we’re not sure if Filipinas would be comfortable wearing a pink eyeshadow but she said that pink eyeshadows are uniquely Korean and we should stay true to providing real K-beauty makeup must-haves. The soft matte mousse is also something she wears everyday and that’s why for this collection, we’re launching four new very wearable shades!"
Any tips for K-beauty newbies when choosing the right products?
"In blk, our goal is to simplify every woman’s beauty routine. We’ll provide you with the best quality and versatile products to complete your look.
