Global Girl Group UNIS to Light Up Manila with Their Japanese Hits at Otaku Pop Fes 2026

Produced by <strong>shito</strong> of the renowned musical group <strong>HoneyWorks</strong>, it features playful melodies that capture the group’s youthful charm.</p><p>The second Japanese single,<strong> &quot;Shiawase ni Nanka Naranaide ne (mwah... )&quot;,</strong>  was produced by <strong>KORESAWA</strong> and released in December the same year. The song, which translates to <strong>“Don&#x27;t You Dare Be Happy” </strong>and is also known by its cutesy shorthand <strong>“mwah…”,</strong> lets the girls up the ante even further on the bright, energetic playfulness that encapsulates the SWICY (sweet and spicy) act’s brand.  </p><p>Following each Japanese release, the two songs were also made available in English.</p><p>UNIS also teamed up with Japanese singer-songwriter noa on the collaboration track <strong>“Shaking My Head”</strong> in July 2025.
