‘Ang Huling El Bimbo, The Musical’ Will Be Available to Stream on YouTube and Facebook For 48 Hours Starting Tomorrow

Another musical will be made available to watch for free online—this time it’s Ang Huling El Bimbo, the hit musical based on the songs of iconic Filipino band Eraserheads. 

Ang Huling El Bimbo, the Musical utilizes the band’s songs in a “dramatic story about friendships, about hope and wayward dreams.” It starred Menchu Lauchengco-Yulo, Topper Fabregas, Jon Santos, Boo Gabunada, and OJ Mariano—actors hailed for their wonderful performances. 

The musical played more than a hundred shows from 2018 to 2019 at Resorts World Manila, and whether you missed it or simply want to relive the show’s best moments, here’s your chance to do so.

Last week, ABS-CBN News announced that Full House Theater Company has partnered with ABS-CBN to bring the show to viewers online, available for 48 hours starting tomorrow, May 8 at 12:01 a.m.

The show is free to watch, but it also acts as a fundraiser for Pantawid ng Pag-ibig, an initiative started by ABS-CBN Foundation to help families stricken the hardest by the COVID-19 pandemic.
