Premiered in Naples, Italy in 1835, this love story revolves around a secret love affair between 2 people, Lucia and Edgardo, who are from opposite houses in Scotland. Not only does this show have an interesting plot, but it is also presented in a very unique and creative way as it is a tragic opera. A highly regarded cast from Italy and Manila, which will be lead by international Filipino bel canto tenor Arthur Espiritu, will come together to present this classic opera composed by Gaetano Donizetti. First done in November 2017, guests of Thoroughly Modern, The Reprise: Broadway Open Mic are invited to bring selections, either songs and scenes, from their favorite shows which were first performed in the year 2000 or later. Suits season 8 has just been released on Netflix and two of the main characters (Meghan Markle and Patrick J. Adams) have said their goodbyes at the end of season 7.
