This Upcoming Movie Might Just Be The Most Star-Studded Thing We’ve Seen In a Long Time
The cast of Adam McKay’s ‘Don’t Look Up’ consists of Meryl Streep, Leonardo diCaprio, Ariana Grande, and Matthew Perry
This film’s cast is, to put it quite simply, iconic.
In a bombshell tweet last night, Netflix Film announced the cast of Adam McKay’s upcoming film, Don’t Look Up.
“Leonardo diCaprio joins Jennifer Lawrence and Rob Morgan,” it read, “alongside Meryl Streep, Cate Blanchett, Jonah Hill, Himesh Patel, Timothée Chalamet, Ariana Grande, Kid Cudi, Matthew Perry, and Tomer Sisley.”
According to a report by Variety, McKay’s newest film “follows two low-level astronomers who embark on a media tour to warn mankind of an impending asteroid that could destroy the planet.”
“Lawrence and DiCaprio are expected to play the two astronomers,” it added, “but Netflix would not confirm.”
The movie is set to start filming before 2020 ends.
