The hit zombie horror series isn't ending with season one — it's returning for another

It's not yet over.

At this year's Netflix Geeked Week, the streaming giant announced that fan favorite zombie series All of Us Are Dead is returning for a second season.

The show's first season, which follows a group of students fighting for their lives after a zombie outbreak in their high school, topped Netflix charts around the world, and remains one of two Korean shows — the other being Squid Game — in Netflix's Top 10 most popular non-English TV shows.

All of Us Are Dead is based on a webtoon by Joo Dong-geun, called Now at Our School, where six students become trapped in their high school, which has become overrun with zombies. It stars Park Ji-hu, Yoon Chan-young, Cho Yi-hyun, Lomon, Yoo In-soo, Lee Yoo-mi, Kim Byung-chul, Lee Kyu-hyung, and Jeon Bae-soo.

After its premiere, All of Us Are Dead shot straight into the top 10 most watched non-English TV series in a 91 countries, and stayed there for two consecutive weeks. It also drew 361.02 million viewing hours in its first 10 days, with viewers on the edge of their seats rooting for the Hyosan High juniors.
