Critics Choice Awards 2022: Complete List of Winners

Presented on Sunday, March 13, the 27th Annual Critics Choice Awards was held concurrently in Los Angeles and London. Proving to be a powerhouse among critics during awards season, Jane Campion's The Power of the Dog won Best Picture and Best Director, just hours after it won both categories at this year's BAFTAs. 

The western slow-burn drama starring Benedict Cumberbatch led the winners in film, earning four awards total, including best director. Will Smith won Best Actor for his portrayal of Venus and Serena Williams' father in King Richard while Jessica Chastain won Best Actress for The Eyes of Tammy Faye.

For television, Succession, Mare of Easttown, and Ted Lasso took home the evening's top prizes, with the Apple TV+ comedy series earning the most awards with a total of four trophies. Grabbing a historic win for South Korea was Squid Game star Lee Jung Jae, who won Best Actor in a Drama Series.
