Imagine returning to your family home after so many years. It's a little run down but ultimately, it's still home. You decide to connect the landline phone. Then, the phone rings.

This is the world in which Seo-yeon (Park Shin-hye) lives in. It's the year 2019 and she picks up the phone to receive a call from a stranger named Young-sook (Jun Jong-seo). With time, Seo-yeon realizes that Young-sook lives in the same house, except in a different time... 20 years ago, to be exact. They decide to try to change their lives but face unexpected consequences.

Seo-yeon warns Young-sook that she might die, and this results in Young-sook changing drastically. Now the pair are at odds and must fight for their lives. What kind of butterfly effect will their decisions have on their survival?
