Watch Hyun Bin Star In ‘Confidential Assignment’ This Sunday On CinemaOne

Good news for Crash Landing On You fans!

Our beloved Hyun Bin will be gracing our televisions this Sunday on Cinema One through Confidential Assignment. 

In this 2017 action-thriller, the Crash Landing On You actor will again be part of the North and South Korean dispute, this time when his North Korean investigator character is tasked to work with a South Korean counterpart (played by Yu Hae Jin). 

More than its impressive action scenes and light-hearted humor though, what’s remarkable about the film’s narrative is how warring countries should be willing to work together to apprehend a corrupt official that threatens the lives of many.

We’re pretty sure you don’t need further convincing, but Confidential Assignment has a total of six acting and editing awards from various Korean film award-giving bodies, including the Busan International Film Festival and the Asian Film Awards. It’s also received positive reviews, and “delivers solid entertainment and lovable characters,” according to critics.
