Metro Safe & Sound seeks to bring joy and give hope through exclusive musical numbers from some of the country’s most inspiring singers, arranged to help raise funds for ABS-CBN’s Pantawid ng Pag-ibig program.
Proceeds will be used to purchase foods and other basic necessities. These items will then be handed over to various LGUs for distribution to families greatly affected by the enhanced community quarantine.
Martin and Gino also spoke to Metro about what they’ve been doing during the quarantine and their memories of ’80s music.
Previous performers of Metro Safe & Sound include Carol Banawa, Katrina Saga, and Jamie Rivera, serenading audiences this past Easter Sunday.
