Celebrate International Dog Day with Krispy Kreme Philippines

August 26 is  International Dog Day but if you love Krispy Kreme, you'll know they has recently kicked off a month-long celebration with the launch of its first-ever doggy-inspired Doggy Doughnuts. It’s a special day for our fur babies but paw-rents and pet lovers deserve a sweet treat, too! 

Inspired by the PAWRIGINAL buddies, the collection consists of two cute and delicious variants. Penny the Poodle is a doughnut filled with custard kreme, dipped in white chocolate, and topped off with vanilla kreme. Charlie the Shih Tzu is a doughnut filled with custard kreme, dipped in dark chocolate, and topped off with chocolate kreme. 

The Doggy Doughnuts can be bought at Php 70 apiece or in half dozen, dozen, or double dozen—assorted and mixed—starting at Php 420. The collection is available in all Krispy Kreme branches nationwide until September 2 only. 

Krispy Kreme has always brought people happiness in the form of delicious doughnuts and aims to do the same for the pet community through a paw-sitive initiative! To make the celebration more meaningful, a portion of the Doggy Doughnuts sales will be donated to Pawssion Project Foundation Inc.

There's more, if you’re in the BGC area tomorrow, Krispy Kreme is opening a Pawriginal Park at their Burgos Circle branch so you and your fur babies can make the most out of the long weekend and have some fun!
