A Little Chaos (2015)
Airing on May 11, 6 p.m.; May 12, 11 p.m.
A decade after the collaboration between Kate Winslet and Alan Rickman on the phenomenal Sense and Sensibility comes A Little Chaos, a British period film that shows that a little risk, a little passion, and a little force from unexpected places can change everything.
If you enjoy Victorian period films, A Little Chaos is definitely a delight to watch, especially since it features more than notable performances from its talented cast. As Alan Rickman fans, there’s also much to enjoy in this film; where he shines at his best and grants a peak into his artistic mind also as both the director and co-writer of the screenplay.
Silver Linings Playbook (2012)
Airing on May 18, 6 p.m.; May 19, 11 p.m.
“This is what I believe to be true: you have to do everything you can, even if you stay positive, you have a shot at a silver lining.”
When two crazy people find their way to each other, what do you expect? A crazy, fun-filled adventure that will drive you nuts! Silver Linings Playbook teaches you that there is always someone out there––no matter how eccentric or broken or different you think you may be––who will make you feel whole again. Whether it’s running with a trash bag over your clothes, or choosing between Xanax or Klonopin, someone will take that ride with you.
Adapted from Matthew Quick’s 2008 novel The Silver Linings Playbook, the namesake movie has bagged awards and nominations from the biggest award-giving bodies during its run. We also dare say that it is one of the best––if not the best––of Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper on the big screen.

Sleeping with Other People (2015)
Airing on May 25, 6 p.m.; May 26, 11 p.m.
You think you’re watching Sleeping with Other People for the sex jokes, but then you’ll find yourself staying for the romance and the cuteness of the two main characters, Jake (Jason Sudeikis) and Lainey Dalton (Alison Brie). There will be a lot of turns and twists for the two, but the big question is: will they finally find it in themselves to choose each other, despite their histories?
Sleeping with Other People is a fun, light-hearted, and hilarious movie starring many of your favorite Netflix and sitcom regulars. See Alison Brie from a different perspective than from her fierce Russian wrestling character on Glow, or Natasha Lyonne chasing a different kind of crazy than in Orange is the New Black or Russian Doll, and who doesn’t love seeing the comedy of Jason Mantzoukas from Brooklyn Nine-Nine?
Catch these movies on Metro Channel, channel 52 on Sky Cable and channel 174 on HD. You can also catch replays throughout the day.
