As Shiseido Philippines Corporation turns one, its prestige brands Shiseido, NARS and Laura Mercier celebrate by giving back and launching a partnership with CARE Philippines, in hopes to do its part in the fight to eradicate poverty.

Shiseido Philippines’ most recent corporate social responsibility effort is indeed making the world a more beautiful place, inside and out. Recently, its prestige brands Shiseido Ginza Tokyo, NARS, and Laura Mercier partnered with CARE Philippines, a global leader within a worldwide movement dedicated to the eradication of poverty. CARE is known for its unshakable commitment to the dignity of people, in particular women and young girls. Since its establishment in 1949, CARE Philippines helps communities prepare for disasters  and provides emergency relief and recovery when disaster and crisis strike.



As if we needed more reasons to add to cart, here's one more! As the company turns one, Shiseido Ginza Tokyo, NARS Cosmetics and Laura Mercier celebrate by giving back. The brands will share a portion of store sales for July and August to CARE Philippines. Beauty consumers will play a key role as the company aims to provide a deeper value to the plight of the affected women and children by the COVID-19 pandemic. With each purchase, a token of thanks shall be given to the customer, a representation of the unity, support and care as we heal as a nation.


A statement issued by Shiseido Philippines Corporation reads: 

“As Shiseido Philippines firmly believes that our business activities must place importance on the creation of social value, we will give a portion of our revenue to help alleviate the plight of affected women and children during this pandemic.”
