“Altered Carbon” Actress Martha Higareda Wore This Philippine Designer To The Red Carpet—And We’re So Proud!
Designer Patty Ang can add another international, red carpet feature on her roster! Last week, Mexican Actress Martha Higareda attended the premiere of the Netflix show “Altered Carbon” wearing a fiery red, custom jumpsuit from Atelier Patty Ang—and the fans are loving it!
Martha, who plays the female lead Kristin Ortega in the new sci-fi thriller, kept her look relaxed yet sultry, matching a bold, red lip almost exactly like the shade of her jumpsuit. With just a little sparkle, like her black glitter clutch, and dark gem jewelry, her look seems like a perfect match to the clean, feminine aesthetic of the Filipina designer.
Patty Ang’s designs, which were a hit in the Metrowear fashion show last year, are slowly but surely making their way to international, red carpet. In 2016, Filipina actress Andi Eigenmann wore a sleek, white jumpsuit from Atelier Patty Ang to the Cannes Film Festival, which landed her on Vanity Fair’s best-dressed list. R&B singer and producer Ashanti was also seen wearing a white, custom jumpsuit last November in a party, much to the delight of many fashionistas. Patty’s brand has since gained huge following from fashionable celebrities and socialites.
With Atelier Patty Ang now open in both UPH2 Taguig and Power Plant Mall, perhaps it’s time we follow the global celebrity trend and get a customized jumpsuit, too!
