The DLC coating yields an all-black exterior to give the watch a sleek finish with its sharp black tone. In color treatment for the watch’s bezel and dial, Casio uses two Japanese hues: <em>Kachi-iro</em>, the samurai warriors’ victory color and <em>Akazonae</em>, a color that evokes the all-crimson armor of elite samurai units in the Warring States.
