<p><strong>Chelsea Manalo</strong> is the newly crowned <strong>Miss Universe Philippines 2024.</strong> Before being a beauty queen, the 24-year-old Bulakenya and Tourism graduate has established a career as a professional model.</p><div><br/></div><p>The Filipino-American queen started modeling at 14, and has since appeared in fashion and beauty campaigns.
