Here’s Where You Can Donate Clothes And Shop For The Benefit Of Typhoon Victims
One or two pieces of clothing can go a long way!
Thousands of Filipino families are recently devastated by Typhoon Rolly and Ulysses and they need you now more than ever. In our best efforts to reach out to our fellow Filipinos during their most vulnerable time, we gathered a list of donation drives organized by non-government organizations and fashion brands who are more than willing to deliver your in-kind donations to areas declared under a state of calamity. Apart from monetary aid, food, hygiene kits, and most of all, protective gears such as face masks, face shields, and possibly PPE suits, victims from Marikina, Rizal, Bicol, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Cagayan Valley, and Tuguegarao are also in need of dry wearable clothes to keep them warm until they can get back on their feet.
A friendly reminder to only donate clothes that are still in good condition. If you can donate undergarments, t-shirts, shorts, pants, and sleepwear with sizes for kids and adults, kindly do so. Washable face masks, towels and blankets are also deeply appreciated for families who will be staying in evacuation centers in the next few weeks. Please make sure that each item is clean and disinfected before sending them over to our volunteers and victims. Pack your donations inside a box or a sturdy eco-bag instead of plastic bags to avoid plastic waste.
Read up on each donation drive down below, take note of the contact persons, dates, drop-off hours, addresses, and deadlines.
