Look 1: Grown-Up Stockings
The celebrity and artist wore sheer, black Fendi stockings underneath her beige trench coat. To add a fun touch, she also donned an Hermès hand bag with a faux furtail accessory and Versace hair barrettes from Orlineshop. Although stockings and hair clips are typically worn by little girls, the Metro Most Stylish woman pulled off the nostalgic trends by following a neutral, monochromatic palette, giving the outfit a feminine, lady-like touch.

Look 2: Print on Print
Known for taking on the print on print trend with an elegant twist, Heart successfully sported a standout look begging for a double take. She stunned the streets of Milan in a monochromatic Versace button-down top, plaid MSGM trousers, sky-high Louboutins, a spacious Tod's bag, and Royal Gem earrings.
The celebrity's trick to pulling off multiple patterns in one outfit is to work with a color palette. Notice how the hues in Heart's look—black, white, green, red, and blue—don't clash with one another.

Look 3: Cotton Candy Dreams
"Wearing a look that reminds me of cotton candy," wrote Heart on Instagram. True enough, the actress' sweet, dainty Gucci look definitely had us dreaming of candies and dessert! She pulled off her neon ensemble (a trend worth watching out for this year) with Alexander McQueen shoes and her very own disco ball Maison Love Marie hand bag!
Look 4: The Saddle Bag Comeback
In case you missed it, the classic Dior saddle bag—the iconic mini piece that took the fashion world by storm in the early 2000s—made a comeback last year. Before we knew it, fashionistas all over the world had their hands on one, making the saddle bag the 'it bag' of 2018.
Heart didn't miss the opportunity to rock the trend this fashion week by sporting a marsala pair she got from My Goodies For Luxe! Sticking to a black and red color palette, the artist-actress donned a turtleneck MSGM ensemble (notice the glossy, PVC material) with a classic trench coat, Royal Gem PH hoop earrings, and Gianvito Rossi stilettos.
Look 5: Floral Affair
Heart attended the Ferragamo show in a gorgeous printed dress created by the luxury label. To let the piece speak for itself, the celebrity made the rest of her look simple, donning a classic white coat and styling her hair in a neat, tight ponytail.
Look 6: Monochromatic Elegance
Finally, Heart was spotted in her signature all-white look as she walked the streets of Milan with her personal stylist and Metro Magazine Executive Editor Kat Cruz-Villanueva. To add a standout detail to her well-tailored OOTD, the actress sported this season's hottest hair accessory trend: hair clips! Heart is one to know that barettes are more than just practical pieces to keep your locks in place—they are also jewelry for your hair!
