The Paris 2024 Olympics Closing Ceremony was a grand finale that captured the essence of the games, blending French culture, unforgettable performances, and fashion highlights. The ceremony started with a display of French culture and paying homage to the spirit of the city of Paris then ending it with star-studded performances as the Olympic flag was officially handed over to Los Angeles, the host of the 2028 Olympic Games in 2028.
The evening was a sentimental moment with the French honoring its capital through performances that were accompanied by French music, creating an atmosphere of nostalgia, unity, and pride. Athletes celebrated their achievements in the games, and the emotional highlight of the night came when Paris officially handed over the Olympic flag to the mayor of Los Angeles and none other than the well-decorated American gymnast, Simone Biles!
