According to the official press release, the world-class store will be located at Glorietta 5, and will open its doors to the public by Fall/Winter 2018. With a floor area of 4,100 square meters, the brand's 15th Global Flagship Store will feature large visual displays, state-of-the-art design concepts, and the full lineup of LifeWear for women, men, kids, and babies.
“We are honored and excited to open our first UNIQLO Global Flagship Store in the Philippines. Having been a member of the local retail scene since 2012, we remain committed to contributing to the local community and to being an integral part of Manila’s growth and future,” said Satoshi Hatase, Chief Operating Officer, UNIQLO Southeast Asia and Oceania.
The opening of a Global Flagship Store in Manila highlights the importance of the Philippines in UNIQLO’s growth worldwide. Other notable UNIQLO Flagship Stores are located at Fifth Avenue in New York, Oxford Street in London, Opera District in Paris, Ginza in Tokyo, and Orchard Road in Singapore.
