The Week in Style
While we're surely rejoicing that another busy week has come to an end, we're excited to face a brand new week, and get some style inspiration from last week's best dressed women! While we can run out of outfit ideas to rock for work or other social events at times, we know we can turn to these trusty style stars to lend us a styling tip or two. Check out our favorites:
1. Heart Evangelista
Everyone's favorite fashionista dons another show-stopping Mark Bumgarner number—a ladylike brocade dress that shows just the right amount of skin. In this case, going monochromatic beige works with no hint of boredom. Do like heart and stun in an equally chic ponytail to finish off the look.
2. Pia Wurtzbach
Before our queen flew off to Vegas for this year's Miss Universe pageant, she did a bit of touring in Taipei in this effortlessly chic tee+denim combo. The style lesson? You can still rock graphic tees when paired with well fitted jeans and a cool utilitarian jacket.
3. Jess Wilson
All black need not be basic. Do like Jess and rock a sheer black button-down top with a black leather skirt and finish off with trendy slides to create a look that's equal parts stunning and unexpected!
4. Marie Lozano
Resident stylish jet-setter Marie Lozano wows us yet again with a chic ornate black blouse, cropped denim jeans, and black boots. What we love most about this getup is that we too can rock it in Manila weather! Think a date or a night out with the girls!
5. Mai Mai Cojuangco
At the launch of her newest bag line Demetria last week, Mai Mai rocked a beautiful local designer Abaca Ikat long coat by Filip + Inna. She makes the coat her own by cinching it with a belt and pairing it with her lust-worthy apple green leather bag!
