Zandra Lim Is Celebrating Her 15th Year In Fashion With A Charitable Show Of Her Best Work!
Industry veteran Zandra Lim who Filipinas love for her haute couture and ready to wear lines is paying things forward in a big way. With her 15th anniversary show dubbed doubling as a charity event, she proves that real style and elegance isn't just about beautiful dresses and gowns—they come from within.
"My husband and I have always espoused charity work without the fanfare. The 15th anniversary of my presence in the wedding industry was a good opportunity to push a cause bigger than what we have been doing," Zandra explains.
"My initial plan was just a fashion show during which we will also accept bookings for future orders and a silent auction of the fashion show pieces. Upon conceptualization sessions with the Discovery Primea events manager, Jayjay Hega, the event just became bigger," she adds.

After many exciting discussions with her team and organizers, Zandra's loyal following can now expect to attend a two-day affair that encompasses all of what Zandra has always provided her clients with: accessibility to quality designs and the chance to network with industry partners, as well as an avenues to give back to society with their purchases.
Day one will be dedicated to a 48-piece fashion show featuring models Zandra describes as "real women"—actual ladies who Zandra creates dresses for and represent her diverse clientele. Day two will be reserved for a silent auction of the show's pieces, all of which can be altered to fit size or preference. (As a bonus, Zandra can also recreate a piece in its entirety for another buyer, if it happens to already be purchased by someone else).
Five collections with different themes will take the spotlight: a debutante collection, a bridal collection, a jewel-toned collection, an aurora borealis-inspired collection, and a contrast collection. Each piece, Zandra assures, is wearable even in its uniqueness and intricacy.
Though the fashion show's focus will be on bridal gowns, attendees can also expect to see grooms' suits and outfits for the entire entourage from the bridesmaids down to the ringbearers and flower girls, sponsors, and the couples' parents, too!

When it comes to the event's charitable pursuits, Zandra has chosen St. Luke's Medical Center Quezon City's cancer patients in need of financial assistance as her beneficiaries. (Her father, who succumbed to cancer, and her oncologist husband, Dr. Mars Imasa, were great influences on her choice of charity work). Likewise, the 40-plus participating suppliers will also donate a part of their profits to the same cause.
Entrance to the event is free.
