These Are The Best Halloween Costumes At The 2019 Black Magic Halloween Party

There's the ABS-CBN Ball, and then there's the newest addition to the list of red carpet scenes to watch out for: the Black Magic Halloween Party, Star Magic's version of the biggest costume extravaganza this time of year when Halloween is just around the corner!

Glitz and glam may not exactly be the goal for this event's fashion department, but rather character transformations that would keep our jaws dropping. Whether it be a spooky character, or an of-the-moment personality from TV or the big screen, or a classic icon we all love—one thing's for sure: these stars came to slay the black (you read that right, black) carpet!

In the first ever edition of this star-studded event, a lot came to wow in their costumes, yet only a few made it to Metro's Best Costumes list. Just like the ABS-CBN Ball's Best Dressed list, these stars upped their game, had a plan, and went all out on effort to blow our minds, and got into character like the pros that they are.
