The couple tied the knot in a dreamy church wedding in Austria. Here's what the Gastls and their guests wore to celebrate the occasion.
Jess Wilson and Moritz Gastl's destination wedding in Salzburg, Austria was unlike no other. The newlyweds celebrated their union (for the second time) in a church wedding and a dreamy reception in the historical palace of Hotel Schloss Leopoldskron.
For the welcome party, Jess and her guests donned traditional dirndls by Annina Pfuel, a Bavarian costume and set designer who makes high end dirndl dresses and alpine wear in Austria and Germany. We lived vicariously and sang along with guests as they post their snaps from the festivities with songs from The Sound Of Music. Did you know that the Gastls celebrated their Austrian wedding in one of the locations where the cult-favorite movie was filmed?
For the wedding ceremony, Jess said yes to her dream Monique Lhuillier wedding gown. The gown featured a sweetheart neckline and layers of embroidery and lace. She also wore two reception wedding gowns by Vania Romoff and Liz Martinez.
