Fit Check: Confessions of an Ukay Queen is Prime Video’s newest must-watch TV series. Starring Kim Chiu, this series is taking the Filipino “ukay” culture a notch higher! Kim plays the role of Melanie Dela Cruz, a young aspiring designer whose vision in fashion is inspired by upscaling ordinary materials to high fashion.

At the series’ exclusive watch party, Kim comes through in a stunning upcycled creation by Ehrran Montoya. Fashion stylist Adrianne Concepcion tells Metro.Style that “Kim’s dress is an homage to her character’s sustainable and fashion savvy designs in the series” Kim, together with her stylist and designer, collaborated in this couture dress by repurposing scrap materials and deadstock fabric.
