10 Metro Most Stylish Women And Their Best Lockdown Looks This Year!
Get ready for a dose of loungewear and indoor glamour from our Most Stylish women.
We started the year with our annual best dressed list and it’s only fitting to end this year with another. Just like us, our Metro Most Stylish women have been through 9 months of re-adjusting and re-becoming. For sure it wasn’t easy but with fashion on our side, it’s impossible for us not to feel a sense of normalcy and positivity. There’s no rulebook when it comes to what and what not to wear during our stay indoors or in rare times we venture outdoors but these women really set the bar high for loungewear and indoor glamour looks. Take a look at our top 10 favorite looks from our MMS women down below.
Mikka Padua
You’ve got to admit that styling around surgical masks can be tricky. But look at how Mikka pulled this off. The stinging blue mask matched with this lush green dress from Seek The Uniq works so well as a look for your socially distanced brunch with friends. Feel free to accessorize when you recreate this look because we’re not letting any protective mask upstage us!
Rosanna Ocampo-Rodriguez
Rosanna chose to look at the brighter side of things during this quarantine. Her drive to continue designing for her brand only resulted to a great line of loungewear. Wearing the caprice fringe coordinates from her Le Weekend collection, Rosanna looks like she’s all set to chill in pink and in style. If you haven’t copped this piece yet, make sure you do right before your upcoming virtual Christmas party.
Nicole Andersson
Just like us, Nicole takes her lounge time seriously and she’s not one to miss out on looks she can sit, dream, and binge-watch in. This ribbed shirt and pajama set from Revolve is a true quarantine must-have. From the looks of it, this set looks like something we can wear for two days straight and we’re so sure we won’t want to take this off.
Kelly Misa-Fernandez
We love how Kelly takes her errands lightly with pieces she can move and still look stylish in. This beige dress from Crisp Studio paired with her bohemian-feel bag looks like something we can also wear outdoors!
Aliza Apostol-Goco
Jumpsuits are forever and Aliza agrees to this! Her lovely jumpsuit from Ava The Brand has the right pop of color she needs to start her day. Quarantine dressing could feel repetitive but this teal hue for sure feels like a breath of fresh air.
Tessie Singson
Tessie really set the bar high for pambahay after she posted this look on her Instagram. The exposed hem detail on her top from Bagasáo Studios is more than enough for us to revisit our admiration for raw and reconstructed clothing. Make sure to look up Bagasáo Studios after you read this article, learn more about the budding fashion designer Joseph Bagasao and his love for clean lines and tactile fabrics.
Liz Uy
Liz takes indoor glamour seriously and this groovy Gucci look is visual proof of that claim. For days when you feel like you’ve lived in loungewear for days let this outfit inspire you to do the most even at home. Talk about logo mania done in 2020!
Marie Lozano
Marie celebrated her first non-sweatpants look with this gorgeous jumpsuit from Charina Sarte. Color-matched with her Aranaz bag and a pair barely-there of beige sandals, this is literally how you should welcome the new era of outdoor dressing. Swipe right to see how Marie matched her look with a protective mask with the same hue.
Amina Aranaz-Alunan
Speaking of the beauty of Aranaz bags, here’s the designer herself surrounded by them! Amina sports a dotted wrap dress and a matching black and white mask as she sits beside her creations. We’ve seen a lot of monochromatic looks this quarantine but this one has got to be one of the best.
Camille Co-Koro
Current prego Camille looks divine in this silk Bastet Noir dress. Seeing Camille’s lockdown looks has satisfied our thirst for style in quarantine since day 1. We can’t wait to see her own take on pregnancy fashion as soon as Baby Co-Koro pops up!
