With the lack of government support, Margie has built her own skate park in Cebu that has know become a sanctuary for the Philippine national team in skateboarding. Apart from being a trailblazer, she is also a trendsetter.
As some of the looked up to icons in the street world, skaters have their own spin on the look. Margie’s baggy pants with oversized tees look and printed button downs paired with caps—and matching skateboards, too!—is definitely something to take beyond skating.
Margie’s surprise on her way to the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics this Friday is her announcement of being an ambassador for H&M Philippines. On her Instagram post, Margie is seen wearing the H&M x Keith Haring collection.
