<p>The most beautiful night in the universe definitely brought out most standout looks we’ve seen. <strong>Miss Universe 202</strong>3, held in <strong>El Salvador</strong>, was a night filled with beauty, poise, and wit. Indeed, women are here to change the world.</p><div><br/></div><p>Miss Nicaragua, <strong>Sheynnis Palacios</strong>, won the crown in her shimmering bejewelled look paired with a satin cape, truly fit for a queen.
