<div><br/></div><p>Leave it to <strong>Opulence</strong> to mount a Halloween spectacle but more importantly, draw in the most stylish crowd in the city. At this year’s<strong> Opulence Halloween Ball</strong>, everyone came in their grooviest and discotastic looks. With the theme <strong>Velvet Underground</strong>, the party celebrates the most opulent era in history, the 1970s.
