On its 6th year, Manila Marriott brings us its grandest annual fashion show, "Marry Me at Marriott", and wows us yet again with an extravaganza of bridal fare, a 4-course wine pairing dinner, and fabulous bridal fashion by some of Manila's hottest designers.

For its 6th installment, Marriott handpicked young designer Rosenthal Tee, creative genius Mak Tumang, and seasoned couture designer Amir Sali for its latest bridal show. For the scrumptious 4-course dinner, guests were treated to an appetizer of Sustainable Shrimp, Velvet Cauliflower Soup as the 2nd course, Grilled US Beef Tenderloin Steak as the main, and Mango and Guava Cremeux for dessert.

APPETIZER Sustainable Shrimp chili spiked tomatinos, ricotta and chives puree, frisee salad paired with Gallo Chardonnay dry, crisp finish, well-balanced with round bright flavors of green apple, citrus and lemon . SOUP Velvet Cauliflower Soup crispy mushroom rangoon, orange zest infused olive oil paired with Canyon Road Chardonnay medium-bodied wine with notes of crisp apple and ripe citrus with a hint of cinnamon spice . MAIN COURSE Grilled US Beef Tenderloin Steak caramelized onions, truffle potato puree, porcini cabarnet pan sauce paired with Gallo Merlot fruit-filled combination of red cherry, boysenberry and plum with melt-in-your-mouth chocolate notes and mid tannins . DESSERT Mango and Guava guava cremeux, mango white chocolate cream, chocolate sponge, croquantine chocolate, chocolate platelets, coconut milk gelee, meringue kisses, micro greens paired with Barefoot Moscato delightfully sweet with lush and fruity aroma, full of juicy peach and ripe apricot flavors, citrus hints of lemon and orange

And for the main event, everyone was left breathless with the collections showcased that night, ranging from simple form fitting gowns, to ornate ballgowns embellished to perfection. There surely was no shortage of inspiration for brides-to-be, as well as industry insiders.
