Everything You Need To Know About The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show In Shanghai
While the actual TV airing of this year's Victoria's Secret fashion show is set to happen on November 28, we can't wait to bring you this year's show's highlights, thanks to good old social media accounts keeping us updated on the latest and juiciest news at the recently concluded Shanghai show. Here's what went down at the year's most awaited runway event last night...
In lieu of their usual hot pink robes embellished with swarovski crystals, this year, the angels donned baby pink robes with floral embroidery.
The hair and makeup look was classic bombshell: Defined eyes with lashes for days, rosy cheeks, pink lips, paired with va va voom hair!
The stage look stunning as ever: A v-shaped runway with a space in the middle for live performances, as well as a larger than life LED screen in the back. We're pretty sure this looks so awesome in real life and on-screen!
There are six segments / themes for this year's show. I'm personally excited to see Punk Angels (the Balmain collaboration) and Nomadic Adventure just because there will be a lot of color, print, and patterns!
This year's performers include Harry Styles (which seems timely as he is currently going around Asia for his tour), Miguel, Leslie Odom Jr., and China's own Jane Zhang.
Bella was the only Hadid that walked the VS runway this year. Rumors say Gigi was banned from going to China, reports say. Bella slayed this look, nonetheless!
The Punk Angels segment did not disappoint, as expected, and veteran angel Adriana Lima (who looks so awesome at 36, might we add) rocks the socks off this outfit!

Karlie Kloss is back at the VS runway, and this time she slays this look for the segment: A Winter's Tale!
Blanca Padilla's name seems to be making waves in the VS universe, and we're not really surprised, given her stunning looks and true blue angel attitude. Here she shines at the Porcelain Angels section, so apt as the show takes place in China!
For the yearly PINK segment of the show, they toy around with the idea of fun, flirty pieces suited for the younger VS fans. This year, they went with Millennial Pink, and the segment was a collection of sexy, athleisure-inspired outfits that are perfect for the active, younger crowd.
For the Goddesses segment, this year's Fantasy Bra was worn by none other than the gorgeous Lais Ribeiro. Here she is looking like a real-life goddess, decked in jewels and an otherworldly pair of wings.
To end the show on a high note, but on a rather sad one as well, Alessandra Ambrosio confirms that this will be her last year of walking the Victoria's Secret fashion show. As a mother and a woman who has other endeavours she wants to pursue, Ale is just grateful for all the years she has been an angel. We're pretty sure this legend will go down in VS history. Here she rocks the Nomadic Adventure segment in a powerful number that's sure to leave a mark! We will surely miss seeing you strut down the runway, Alessandra!
