EXCLUSIVE: A Sea Of Chanel-Clad Fashion Folk At Karl Lagerfeld's Last Show For The Brand
Karl Lagerfeld: A man larger than life. A legend. On a league of his own.
I can go on and on but my words will still fall short in giving justice and describing the creative genius who started to open my eyes and influenced me in fashion starting at the tender age of six. Being at the very last show designed and creative directed by him alongside a star-studded audience was something not to be missed—and is truly one for the books.
Photographed by Macky Bautista upon arriving at the show's venue
My designated favorite Pinoy photographer in Paris Macky Bautista did a wonderful job of taking amazing street style shots—from the legendary Vogue editor Anna Wintour (whose photos were only taken from the side what with extra strict security) to Vogue Japan Editor-at-Large Anna dello Russo. The fashion industry's who's who were present, and wouldn't miss the icon's historical last show for Chanel.
And in true Fashion Week spirit, majority of the guests that graced the show were clad in Chanel garb that fit so well with the French city's Parisian charm. Scroll further to see a glimpse of the beautiful people spotted outside the Grand Palais in Paris, and stay tuned for my firsthand experience at the hottest show in town.

Among the VIP guests that weren't photographed were Kristen Stewart, Naomi Campbell, and Monica Bellucci, who used to be Karl's muse in the yesteryears.
