There’s a real buzz in the air in Milan and it’s coming from luxury heritage brand Bally.

After over two decades, Bally is set to stage their first runway presentation and its already making out to be a sight to see during Milan Fashion Week. On top of this news, the world is excited to see what Bally looks like under the helm of Filipino-American designer and Rhude founder Rhuigi Villaseñor. 

Earlier this year, Rhuigi took on the role of Creative Director for Bally and is already making waves for the Swiss brand’s revival.

Entitled Ecdysis, Bally’s Spring/Summer 2023 collection will feature womenswear, menswear, and leather goods from bags to footwear. “I like to think of it as a sort of ecdysis—a time of shedding the old and revealing the new while staying true to the brand’s origins,” says Rhuigi.
