January is officially over in one day, and with February comes one of the biggest events of the year—Chinese New Year! For our Chinese friends, this special occasion otherwise known as the "Spring Festival" is an important one as it signals the turn of the traditional Chinese calendar. Chinese New Year begins on February 5th, and ends on January 25th 2020.

For us Filipinos, Chinese New Year is the time we see Tikoy, Kiat Kiat trees, and lucky charms in abundance! We surely don't need to be Chinese to celebrate this auspicious occasion, and we're definitely in the mood to join in on the festivities with food and fashion!
