I’ve always loved how delicious, crispy, and spicy it is,” he says. “We wanted to take something that people already enjoy and give it the Grace Park treatment, creating dishes that feel familiar but offer something fresh and unexpected.”Grace Park was founded by the late chef Margarita Forés, whose cooking brought Filipino ingredients and traditions together with influences from Italian cuisine.
