Sip And Celebrate World Cocktail Month At Admiral Hotel

Savor the craft of multisensory mixology!

Hotel bars as places of life and social gatherings. As preferred meeting spots for creatives from around the world, hotel bars attract both travelers and locals alike. Here, communities connect, ideas are exchanged and thrive. Mixology resonates with this inspiring dynamic, embodied by carefully-trained mixologists.

This is the setting for World Cocktail Month, held at the Admiral Hotel's  speakeasy bar, Ruby Wong Godown — along with all the MGallery bars around the world — from today until June 13, 2024. For one full month, the art of mixology will be beautifully showcased with in a menu of ten irresistible cocktails..

Ten unprecedented creations

For the occasion, mixologist Matthias Giroud has concocted a collection of ten cocktails and mocktails, each echoing a key MGallery destination through its flavors and presentation.

“MGallery and I wanted to create a flavorful journey, inspired by the raw ingredients of each country. Each of our signature cocktails and mocktails will embark you on a multi-sensory experience,” says Giroud, who is also the founder of the L’Alchimiste, a company that creates mixology experiences.

These masterpieces will be available at the Admiral Hotel’s glamorous Ruby Wong Godown speakeasy until June 13th.

World Cocktail Month is anchored to the sustainable approach practiced by all the MGallery hotels. There is an emphasis on zero-waste mixology, use of whole products, and highlighting local and seasonal ingredients, among other practices. Which is just one more reason to raise a glass.
