This weekend, September 27 and 28, between 8PM and 11PM in Newport World Resort’s Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Philippines–expect to be wowed at the bar by one of the world’s best bartenders: Raiza Carrera. She adds Manila to her list of destinations in her Asia Tour that features stops at some of The World’s 50 Best Bars. 

Raiza has been lauded as the Best Bartender in Spain in 2023 and her career has lasted decades in the bar and beverage industry. 

Whether you’re in the mood for a party or just want to unwind with a drink, make your destination Newport World Resorts for this two-night-only event. As Raiza Carrera takes over Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Philippines, she’ll exhibit her South-American flair with a line of cocktails featuring flavors and techniques that hits the right spots. 

For these two nights, the barlist includes a cognac, rum, and rye whisky-based concoction called Hurricane G; a gin-based drink called Chicha Tu Madre; a vodka-based creation talked Teikrisi; and finally a tequila-based cocktail called In the Mood for Love.
