An Haute Cuisine Encounter: The Tasting Room

 

At the newly reopened The Tasting Room in NÜWA (formerly Crown), diners can expect a Michelin-star caliber experience orchestrated by its new Chef de Cuisine Frederic Thevenet. The five-course Valentine’s tasting menu, at P5,000++ per person, combines haute French cuisine with Filipino and Asian touches, and comes with a wine pairing for an additional P2,500++ per person. To sweeten the affair, there will be a live chocolate station, and a bouquet of red roses given to the women guests.
